Bomas of Kenya is divided into four departments. These are: Finance and Administration, Production, Food and Beverage, and Marketing. Each Department is headed by a manager answerable to the Chief Executive Officer. BoK has total staff strength of 173 personnel. |
| Production Department |
|
|
The Department is headed by the Production Manager. He participate in recruitment of new dancers, coordination of theatre activities, research, supervision of all new songs and their costume planning and invitation of new dances instructor both locally and overseas. Other cadres include production staff, designers, dancers and drummers .The dancers and drummers are the majority in the department. It currently has 50 staff. |

| Food and Beverage Department. |

This is the second most important department for Bomas. It provides restaurant services to visitors at the institution. It is headed by a Food and Beverage Manager and staff with other restaurant personnel including a Bar and Restaurant supervisor, chef, cooks, waiter, kitchen assistants, cleaners, purchasing officers and store-man. The strength of the department is 24 personnel. |

| Marketing Department. |

The Departrment is Headed by the Marketing Officer who is responsible to the General Manger of bomas of Kenya for soliciting business writing to clients establishing or the agricultural shows, trade fairs advertising in news /TV Radios and press conference control activities that involves booking. The department has 8 personnel. |

The Department is Headed by the Finanace Manager who is answerable to the General Manager, he is responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, implementing and control of accountancy of the company. In total the Department has 30 staff. |

The Section is Headed by the Personnel Officer who is charged with advising the General Manager on all personnel matters i.e assisting in arrangement for requirements, staff placements, communication in developing, implementing and updating career guidelines for all staff, process recruitment cases, subsistence claims, medical claims, leave allowance, process discipline cases in consultation with heads of departments. |

The Section is Headed by the Senior Information Officer who is accountable to the General Manager. He provides clients with information’s concerning the product offered by Bomas of Kenya Institution, guide visitors to traditional villages and in auditorium, counter checking on tickets sold, visits institution and visit tour schools, collages and operators to advertise product offered in the institution, confirm quarterly, annual statistics and monthly returns. |

Is headed by caretaker & security officer who is answerable to General Manager .He ensure proper delegation of work i.e. taking care all buildings i.e. cleaning offices and other buildings, taking care of villages panting buildings and other stalls houses cleaning the compound, renovating buildings where need be and ensure adequate security for Bomas of Kenya in general. |
